María Laura "Pelusa" Rubin (born August 1, 1959) is a iconic Paraguayan television host, radio presenter, and journalist. As the daughter of legendary broadcaster Humberto Rubin, she grew up at the center of Paraguayan media and went on to establish a decades-long career as one of the most recognizable and enduring personalities on national television.
