Luna Piombanti is an Iranian-born model, artist and Instagram influencer based in Morbio Inferiore, Switzerland. Born in Yazd, Iran, she studied graphic arts before moving to Italy at around age 21 to study painting, including at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan. She later moved to Switzerland. She has spoken about growing up under Iran's restrictions on women's appearance, including being stopped by the morality police. She has said she is critical of the government but remains proud of her Persian identity.
She began modeling independently at around age 24, working in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear, lingerie, glamour and artistic photography. She has described nude photography as a form of artistic expression and personal freedom. She has collaborated with brands, appeared on magazine covers, worked with agencies and used Instagram for modeling work. She also publishes subscription content on OnlyFans.
In 2024, photographer Ana Dias included her in a retrospective feature for Playboy Netherlands. Piombanti was Playboy Germany's Playmate of the Month for September 2025, becoming the first Iranian Playmate in the German edition's history. Dias photographed the pictorial in Tróia, Portugal. It was republished by Playboy Czech Republic in February 2026. In September 2026, she was Playmate of the Month in the US edition of Playboy, photographed by Ali Mitton. She was also featured in the 2027 Playboy Germany calendar.
Outside modeling, she paints, plays piano, practices yoga and meditation, and is involved in dog-related projects.
