About Luba Shumeyko
Luba Shumeyko (Ukrainian: Люба Шумейко), also known as Luba Shumeyko Hegre, is a Ukrainian nude model and photographer.
Shumeyko studied fashion design at the University of Technology in Kiev, before starting her career in modelling.
She works for and is married to Norwegian photographer Petter Hegre. She has a twin sister, Nadya Shumeyko, who used to model nude with her but has since moved on to mainstream modelling.
After being a home town beauty queen, Shumeyko first appeared online at Met-Art and later gained popularity at the website Hegre-Archives (in December 2005 renamed Hegre-Art) as the main model of Hegre-Archives. The redesigned web site logo features an image of her face.
In 2005, she became a contributor at The New Nude magazine. She has also appeared in photographs by Didier Carré and in Perfect 10 magazine 1.

Luba Hegre Shumeyko (born April 8, 1982 in Kiev, Ukrainian) is a fashion designer, photographer, and nude model. Her training included five years as a gymnast Luba stopped when got pregnant. and a degree in fashion design. Known as a nude model by the name Luba, she is the wife, muse and model of nude photographer Petter Hegre, whose images were instrumental in launching her career. Her career began as a model for Hegre, who rose to prominence with the help of the then-new medium of the Internet. Several printed illustrated books followed the internet business. Also in the magazines Maxim, Matador, Perfect10 and others appeared images of Shumeyko. In 2003 he married Hegre in Kyiv. Since 2005, the Hegres and a number of other photographers have published their own nude magazine called New Nude , which is published quarterly. Again, Shumeyko was featured on the cover of the first issue. Her career as a model has been followed for some time by a phase in which Shumeyko appears as a photographer and fashion designer herself, including with New Nude. In her work as a designer, she can draw on experience from her studies in fashion design at the University of Kyiv. Shumeyko's twin sister, Nadya, also appears in some of Hegre's photo series, but now works mainly as a fashion model in California. Nadya only has very few sets alone, but there are some more together with Luba. Together they did content for Hegre in the early days. Nadya stopped creating content when she got married and Luba stopped when she got pregnant. Their most iconic Photoshoots are of them in a bathtub and them taking a nap. Luba did one Photoshoot where she has sex with her husband.
