About Louise O'Reilly
Louise began her career as a plus size / curve model over ten years ago. A time when “bigger size” models were still left out of the fashion landscape. Born in Dublin, Ireland, her look quickly caught the attention of the German fashion market where she worked predominantly for the first year and as a result led to her working internationally across the globe. She has walked in numerous Fashion Weeks and modelled for some of the biggest fashion and beauty brands in the world including River Island, Primark, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Neutrogena, Schwarzkopf, Batiste and many more.
From the beginning of her career Louise has a strong voice on concepts of diversity in fashion both written academically and along side dozens of media interviews in tv and media on the importance of inclusivity across all sizes, abilities, cultures and age. She has been a guest speaker for London Fashion Week, and numerous academies on the subject matter.
Alongside modelling Louise has instilled fashion awareness at a commercial level through her multi award winning blog Style Me Curvy which was one of the first websites of its kind to highlight current fashion and beauty trends for all sizes.
