About Lisa (singer)
Risa Oribe, known professionally as LiSA, is a highly celebrated Japanese singer, songwriter, and lyricist hailing from Seki, Gifu Prefecture. Her stage name is an acronym for "Love Is Same All," which was also the name of her early rock band.
Career Highlights:
Early Beginnings: LiSA began her musical journey in 2005 as the vocalist for the indie rock band Chucky.
Breakthrough: She rose to international fame in 2010 after performing as one of the vocalists for the fictional band Girls Dead Monster in the anime series Angel Beats!.
Solo Success: She made her solo debut in 2011 with the mini-album Letters to U. Since then, she has become a staple in the anime industry, providing iconic themes for hits like
Sword Art Online ("Crossing Field").
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba ("Gurenge" and "Homura").
