Lilia Lemoine, also known by her cosplay alias "Lady Lemon", is an Argentine politician, cosplayer, influencer, and makeup artist. Born on November 7, 1980, in José León Suárez, she comes from a middle-class family of Russian and Ukrainian descent. Before entering politics, Lemoine worked in customer service for companies like Fibertel, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM. She later pursued a career in cosplay, creating her own YouTube channel in 2007, where she shared her passion for cosplay, music, and personal opinions.

As a makeup artist, Lemoine has honed her skills in the beauty industry, and her creative talents have also been applied to her work in politics. In her role as a key figure in the libertarian party La Libertad Avanza, led by Javier Milei, Lemoine is responsible for overseeing the party's image and aesthetics. Her attention to detail and artistic flair have helped shape the party's visual identity.

Lemoine's entry into politics began in 2019, when she ran as a candidate for national deputy in the City of Buenos Aires. Although she didn't win, she later joined La Libertad Avanza and became a close associate of Javier Milei. In 2023, she was elected as a national deputy for the province of Buenos Aires, representing the same party.
