Just uploaded some pictures of this beautiful lady. However, I believe her real name is Lenka Novakova. A profile for Lenka already exists on Babepedia. Can anyone confirm whether this is the case? And if so can the two profiles be merged?

It gets even more interesting. I think she was the Penthouse Pet in volume 8, number 8 (November 1973) working as Olivia Elliott. There is also a suggestion that she did some acting work under the name Lenka Novak. There is an IMBd page for her. This included a small role in "Kentucky Fried Movie".

A profile already exists on Babepedia for Olivia Paddon. I have just uploaded some pictures to that. I think she was called Olivia Elliott in her Penthouse set from November 1973. However, Lenka appears to be her real name.
