She's simply cross-eyed, especially her left eye which tends towards the inside.
There are operations to correct the problem but I don't know if her case is remediable.

I don't think so, if you look at the galeries listed (ero curves), she looks at the camera.
But yes, she has indeed a bit of strabismus.
