The show covers the daily routine life drama of SUR restaurant owner Lisa and her group of employees including Kent, who works there as a hostess. As far as the romantic life of her is concerned, Lala Kent was previously in a relationship with singer James Kennedy after which she began dating film producer Randall Emmett, who is almost 19 years senior to her. In 2021, she wrote abook called "Give them Lala".

She was in a relationship with Randall Emmett, a film producer. The couple had a daughter named Ocean, born in March 2020. Lala and Randall announced their split in late 2021. Lala Kent announced the birth of her second child in August 2024. The 34-year-old reality star from Vanderpump Rules conceived through artificial insemination.
