About Kristin Pope
Weight lifter and sports nutrition specialist who has competed at the national level in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. She is the creator of the fitness program Barbells & Bows.
She grew up in Marietta, Georgia and began weightlifting in 2014. She graduated from the University of Georgia.
