Kirstie Alley was an American actress best known for her work in situation comedies such as CHEERS (1987-1993) and VERONICA'S CLOSET (1997-2000). She also ventured into reality TV programming with KIRSTIE ALLEY'S BIG LIFE. Her most popular film role was probably STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN (although I personally enjoyed her in SUMMER SCHOOL, though I frankly enjoyed Courtney Thorne-Smith a little more. Just sayin'). She won the 1991 Emmy and Golden Globe for her work in CHEERS, was nominated for each in VERONICA'S CLOSET. Shoe size 9 and dress size 10. She was married to and divorced from Parker Stevenson (1983-1997), with 2 children. She had a net worth of roughly $30 million at her time of death. She will be missed.
