Kimberly is a Texas-based fitness model, health/wellness coach, entrepreneur, author, and pageant title holder. She transformed her own life in her early 30s by losing 40 pounds, which inspired her career.
She runs the BARE wellness/weight-loss program, coaches women globally on fitness and lifestyle, and promotes body positivity/health over extreme dieting. She is also a 4-time Miss Canada titleholder (including Ms. Canada Globe Classique) and a 2-time Miss Texas winner. She has competed nationally in figure and bikini events (e.g., FMG Bikini Pro, NPC shows) and continues competing in masters divisions into her 50s. She has appeared on numerous magazine covers, including Oxygen Magazine, CenterStage, FHM, GQ, Maxim, and others. Her professional shoots often feature glamour, fitness, and bikini styles.
Kimberly is the author of the best-selling book The Pretty-Fit Lifestyle: Simple Advice for Fat-Free Living. She has a corporate background in interior design, technology (e.g., VP roles in insurance/corporate real estate), and does public speaking, acting pursuits, and travel.
