About Kate Mason

Kate is a London, UK-based sports journalist, television presenter, and broadcaster. She studied English Literature at the University of Cambridge, where she also captained the squash club.
She began by reporting on squash, then joined a BBC training scheme, working on BBC Radio London and Fighting Talk.
Early roles included work with ITN, talkSPORT, and as a main presenter for beIN Sports in Doha. From 2019 to 2021 she was a presenter on Sky Sports News. She later hosted The Football Ramble.
She currently works as a presenter for TNT Sports and Eurosport, leading coverage of cricket. She also covered the 2024 Paris Olympics for Discovery+/WBD Sports/Eurosport, contributes a fortnightly column to Metro, has appeared on BBC Final Score, and has hosted or contributed to other projects including a BBC Radio 4 series and the Tottenham Hotspur podcast The View From The Lane. She is a Tottenham Hotspur fan.
