About Kassandra Gillis

Kass is a Maple Ridge, BC-based IFBB Pro League Wellness bodybuilder, winner of the 2023 Arnold Classic Wellness International Champion of the Arnold Classic’s Wellness, and a 5-time Olympian. She is also a fitness coach, entrepreneur, and adult content creator. She started serious training in 2017 after giving birth, initially to combat postpartum depression/anxiety and regain body confidence.
Her first competition: 2018 Popeyes Fall Classic (Figure overall win). She earned her IFBB Pro card in 2020 by winning the Olympia Amateur South America (Figure) in Medellín, Colombia.She then switched to the Wellness division.Major results include: multiple pro wins (e.g., Chicago Pro 2021, Toronto Pro 2021 & 2022, Vancouver Island Showdown, Sin City Pro), 2023 Arnold Classic Wellness International champion, and several Olympia appearances (e.g., 4th in 2022, 6th in 2023, with continued top placements in later years).
She also works as an online/in-person coach, has sponsorships,and has run a jeanswear brand aimed at athletes. She is active on Instagram documenting her career, training, and coaching. Kass maintains an OnlyFans presence (main VIP page, where her content is fitness/muscle-mommy oriented: behind-the-scenes prep updates, exclusive photo shoots, glamour/spicy fitness imagery, and related material.
