About Kamite Utashiro
Kamite Utashiro (雅楽代カミテ) is a Japanese idol and a member of Mercuro, having joined the group on August 21, 2022. She is also an original member of Circle Lychee.
Her hobbies include enjoying afternoon tea and practicing flower arrangement, while her special skill is traditional Japanese dance. As a student, art was her strongest subject, and as a child she dreamed of becoming a motorboat racer.
She is known for her love of animals and has three dogs: Cotton, Masamune, and Mousse. Cotton and Masamune are West Highland White Terriers, while Mousse is a Bernese Mountain Dog. She also has a plush cat puppet named Inga-chan (因果ちゃん), which received its name from a scene in a music video where she held a sign displaying the word “inga” (因果) while moving the puppet.
During Mercuro's “Nanatsu no Taizai” (Seven Deadly Sins) live events, she was associated with the sin of wrath. For April Fool’s Day 2024, she temporarily became the guitarist of Maakukyo666 and adopted the stage name Utashiro (ウタシロ).
