About Joss Stone
Joss is a Nashville-based singer, songwriter and actress. She rose to prominence in late 2003 with her multi-platinum debut album, The Soul Sessions, which made the 2004 Mercury Prize shortlist. Joss possesses the vocal range of a mezzo-soprano and contralto. She often performs barefoot and has been described as "the white Aretha Franklin" since her debut in music industry.
She is a lifelong vegetarian, and she owns a number of rescue dogs.
In 2020, Joss announced via Instagram that she was pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Cody DaLuz. She gave birth to a daughter on 2021. In 2022, she announced via Instagram that she was pregnant with her second child with DaLuz. She gave birth to her second child on 18 October 2022, a son. She relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2022. In 2023, Joss married DaLuz. In 2024, she adopted a baby boy. Just weeks later on she announced she was pregnant for the third time with their fourth child. Her daughter was born in 2025.
