She says that she used crack cocaine, MDMA, and methamphetamine for over 13 years, starting immediately after the end of Full House, when she was 14. As recently as 2020, she had a high profile encounter with police. Sad to say that her life has been a mess.

Whats your source for the 2020 allegation. I can't find anything about her being in trouble with the police in that period. In fact the only things I can find, are story after story about how she turned her life around. Assuming the world press is right, and you are wrong, I would have to say respect to her for doing something about her earlier problems.
