Jessica is an Irish IFBB Pro League Bikini athlete, personal trainer, and online coach, known as Ireland’s first IFBB Bikini Pro.
She started lifting weights around age 24, after growing up around the sport due to her bodybuilder father, and began competing in the bikini category in 2012. She became a top Irish/European amateur competitor, including RIBBF Bikini Fitness Champion / Overall Bikini Champion, placements at European Championships, Olympia Amateur Spain, etc. Key milestones include winning the IFBB Diamond Cup Madrid (Women’s Bikini-Fitness up to 158 cm) in 2018, strong results in NPC Worldwide events, and earning her IFBB Pro card in 2019 (notably 2nd at San Marino Pro). As a pro she has competed regularly in Europe and the US, with placements including 4th at Yamamoto Nutrition Pro (2022), 6th at Koloseum Italy Pro (2025), and various other top-15 finishes at shows like Arnold Classic UK Pro, EVLS Prague Pro, and Spanish Grand Prix Pro.
She has worked for over a decade as a personal trainer, previously home/personal training focused on weight loss and transformations, especially for women, and now runs Inform Fitness studio in Dublin, plus online coaching programs for body transformations, nutrition, training, and posing. She has partnered with brands like BSN supplements.
