Jennifer Lynn Cowan, nicknamed “The Beast,” is an American former NPC national-level figure competitor and women’s bodybuilder who later competed in physique. She also played professional lingerie football for the Las Vegas Sin and has a background as a high-school wrestler and college track athlete. She was associated with muscle-cam/content work (HerBicepscam performer liaison) and nutrition sales.
She is best known in the mid-2000s female-muscle community for a compact, muscular physique, heavy lifting, and an outspoken presence on bodybuilding forums.
