Itzel Georgge is a Mexican television presenter and journalist originally from Mexico City, currently based in Puebla. She has built a prominent career in regional television, particularly in León, Guanajuato, where she worked for several years with Multimedios TV (Canal 6) as the host of Telediario Bajío, the network's morning news program.
Georgge joined Multimedios in 2017 at age 30 after successfully auditioning for the network. She became the co-host of the morning news program Telediario Matutino, working alongside Carlos Rosanoff. The show airs Monday through Friday from 5:50 AM to 10:00 AM on Canal 6, delivering news and information to viewers in the Bajío region for over three hours each morning.
Prior to her role at Multimedios, she worked briefly at TV Azteca from November 2015 to April 2016.
Originally from Mexico City, Georgge moved to León, Guanajuato at age 20 following the death of her father, with whom she shared a close relationship rooted in their mutual love of sports. She holds a degree in Communications and has described her passion for media as evident since childhood—her grandfather once gifted her a tape recorder that she used to practice broadcasting as a young girl.
Beyond her media career, Georgge is an accomplished athlete in swimming. In 2004, she won the National Championship at the Youth Olympics in Mexico. She continues to maintain an active lifestyle through swimming and yoga, disciplines she credits for contributing to both her professional and personal well-being.
As of recent years, Georgge has relocated to Puebla and identifies as a mother and wife. She continues working as a content creator and has launched a new social media account focused on parenting content called @planconpeques_. On Instagram (@itzel_georgge), she describes herself as a licensed communications professional, TV host, radio announcer (on pause), mother, wife and content creator.
She maintains a significant social media presence with over 43,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares professional updates and personal content.
