Isabelle is a New York, NY-based visual artist, photographer, filmmaker, and creative known for her work as part of the artistic duo Young Emperors with her partner Nelson Tiberghien. They also work under the name Cesar Love Alexandre. She met Tiberghien while studying at Gobelins, the School of Art and Photography in Paris, where they formed a multidisciplinary creative duo focused on performance art and highly stylized visual storytelling through fashion photography, film, and short-form videos (often whimsical, matching-outfit content that went viral on Instagram). aThe have done commercial and editorial work with major brands (e.g., Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Prada, Hermès, Dolce & Gabbana, H&M, BMW, Calvin Klein, and others).
They are best known for their Young Emperors Instagram/TikTok persona, where they wear coordinated/matching outfits daily as a performative artistic statement. This has built a large following and led to collaborations, magazine features, and campaigns.
