Hikaru Tono is a Japanese voice actress, recognized for her youthful energy and versatile vocal range. Affiliated with the talent agency HiBiKi, "Tonopii" has quickly risen through the ranks to become one of the most beloved voices in modern anime and multimedia projects.

Inspired by anime from a young age, Hikaru spent seven years honing her craft and facing numerous auditions before finally passing the 2017 HiBiKi newcomer selection. She made her debut shortly after, but her true breakthrough came with her role as Howan in Show by Rock!!
