Born and raised in the fight capital of the world Helen is a bilingual (English and Mandarin-Chinese) sports radio host, MMA TV personality, published cover model and MMA writer.

Helen has modeled at boxing matches as well as MMA fights and featured on Ring Card Girls and Fitness Models (International). She hosts her own sports radio show, “Eyes on the Game”, which is broadcasted worldwide every Wednesday night from 7-8pm PST, and dedicates a segment of the show to MMA to help the sport continue to grow. On the show, she also conducts live interviews with MMA fighters. This spring she will appear in a leading role for an MMA TV show which is set to air worldwide. Helen is also an MMA writer and interviewer for CombatLifestyle.com where she has interviewed the likes of
UFC fighters Brian Ebersole, Mike Swick, Felice Herrig, Ricardo Lamas and many others. She previously trained and took MMA classes at several different gyms, mostly notably the famous Randy Couture’s Xtreme Couture Gym so don’t mess with this pretty lady. Her favorite MMA fighters include Lyoto Machida, Anthony Pettis, Rory MacDonald and the now retired Chris Leben.

Outside the world of MMA Helen is a published model and sports junkie. She hosts at the SEMA cars show every year for Maxx Tuning Magazine, a trophy presenter at the annual NPC Jay Cutler Desert Classic fitness show, model for various fitness expos, has been in Green Valley Dental
Group’s commercial as a spokes model, featured in numerous magazines and online features, as well as a guest on AM radio shows locally. Helen was an accomplished athlete throughout her early years; she was a former nationally ranked swimmer and 2-time State Champion, competing since she was 5. She truly enjoys all sports including her favorite, the NBA. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family and friends.
