Hannah Louise Spearritt is an English actress and singer. She is an original member of the pop group S Club. Spearritt is known for playing the role of Abby Maitland in the British science-fiction drama Primeval, Mercedes Christie in Casualty and Kandice Taylor in EastEnders

Hannah Spearritt has spoken openly about her experience with breast implants and the resulting health problems she faced. She had implants placed in 2013, and six months later, she began experiencing a range of symptoms, including hair loss, blurred vision, brain fog, and severe fatigue. She also reported panic attacks and needing to sleep for 18 hours a day. Spearritt later underwent an explant surgery (removal of the implants) three years later, which she says has improved her well-being.
On 20 December 2018, it was announced that Spearritt had given birth to a baby girl. In December 2020, Spearritt announced the birth of her second daughter, both with her then-partner Adam Thomas.
