Erika Ayase (綾瀬絵梨香) is a Japanese idol and gravure idol. She is a former member of Tokyo Flamingo.

Ayase enjoys dancing, watching movies, and going to karaoke sessions early in the morning. She is also skilled at performing calculations quickly. She describes her strengths as rarely getting angry and remaining committed to her decisions, while she considers her easygoing nature and stubbornness to be her biggest weaknesses.
