About Erica BikiniFit

Erica is a Calgary-based fitness influencer, certified nutrition/mindfulness/lifestyle coach, former competitive bikini athlete, and fitness model. Her Instagram bio describes her as a “Feral Housewife”. She has been a Pro Masters Fitness Model and Grand Masters Bikini Champion, but is now retired from competition
She is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Lifestyle Coach. Titles include Pro Masters Fitness Model and Grand Masters Bikini Champion. She has focused on helping others with fat loss, custom meal plans, nutrition, and overall health through coaching.
Her path into competition was motivated in part by personal challenges, including leaving an abusive relationship around age 25 as a single mom and later by a desire to prove skeptics wrong after a negative comment from a fitness instructor. She placed well in early Masters bikini and fitness events and continued competing while balancing family and work, including a role related to a homebuilder design centre in Alberta around the time of the 2017 interview. She has since stepped back from competition and emphasizes a more balanced “fitish” lifestyle as a mom. She posts fitness content, modeling photos, inspiration, and lingerie-style images on Instagram.

As of May 2026, Erica has amassed 127,000 followers on Instagram.
