Emmaline performs primarily in the jazz and jazz-pop genres. Her musical style has been described as “jazz-pop” and “jazz-infused soul”. She also mixes in elements of other styles of music such as r&b and funk. Her sound has also been described as “alternative r&b” and “neo-soul”.
