About Emily Kristie
Emily is a San Diego, CA-based veteran, fitness competitor, influencer, and OnlyFans content creator. She comes from an athletic family with Chinese immigrant roots. Her fitness journey started early with soccer (including 8–10 years of Division I college soccer) and 4 years of varsity lacrosse in high school. She enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, serving for about 7 years while pursuing a path toward becoming a Naval physician. During active duty, including a deployment aboard the USS Michael Monsoor (DDG-1001), she discovered bodybuilding and nutrition. In 2018, she won 1st place at the OCB Pinetree State Championships and earned her OCB Bikini Pro card while still serving.
After leaving the Navy, she fully transitioned into fitness as a career, overcoming challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic delaying her start in San Diego. She has since built a successful business as an independent trainer and coach. She became an OnlyFans content creator in 2022.
