Emily Marcia Armstrong is an American singer, who was born on May 6th, 1986. She has a younger brother. The co-founder of Dead Sara, she joined Linkin Park as the band's new female lead vocalist in September 2024, following the death of their long-time lead vocalist Chester Bennington in 2017. The band was rumoured to be recruiting a female lead vocalist to replace Chester for a long while when she was officially revealed to be as the new fit.
