About Dora Bria

She was born in Rio de Janeiro to a Brazilian mother and Romanian father
Dora graduated in chemical engineering and has always been interested in sports.
She practiced volleyball in high school, and, influenced by a boyfriend, started to practice yachting. Soon after, under the influence of this same boyfriend, she started windsurfing.
In this modality, she won the Brazilian title six times, was a three-time South American champion and was among the five best in the world in giant waves between 1990 and 1995, in Hawaii.

During the 1990s she was considered one of the muses of national sport, even posing nude for Playboy magazines in 1993 and Sexy in 1998. He also participated in sports programs, such as Esporte Total, from Band, and several from the SporTV channel.

On January 22, 2008, Bria crashed her pick-up truck, on a rainy Tuesday evening, in Minas Gerais (southeastern Brazil), on her way to her native Rio de Janeiro
