About Donna Smith
She is the younger sister of the Penthouse Pet Natalie Smith. Smith left home at age fourteen and eventually settled in Japan with a fake ID. While in Japan she learned to speak fluent Japanese and worked as both a model and a cocktail waitress.
Smith and her sister Natalie posed together for a pictorial in and graced the cover of the April, 1985 issue of Playboy. Donna went on to appear in four Playboy videos and was featured in several Playboy special edition publications. Donna Smith portrayed the dancing woman in the offbeat indie drama "Julien Donkey-Boy".
