About Denise Paglia

Denise Paglia was born and grew up in New Jersey, the daughter of a Italian father and Japanese mother.

In 1993 she moved to Burbank California to pursue her fitness career and through the 90’s Denise Paglia was all over the fitness industry and fitness magazines.

She appeared on the 90s TV show, Fitness Beach on ESPN2, Cyberfit and Bodyshaping.

Denise is a Certified AFAA Fitness Trainer and was a fitness competitor as well.

Denise placed in the 1992 and 1993 Fitness America National Pageants, and she came in 5th at the 1995 Fitness Olympia.

She was on the cover of the very first issue of the fitness magazine, Muscle & Fitness Hers.
