She is an actress, known for Scarecrow and Mrs. King (1983), 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain (1998), Alaska Kid (1993), also for portraying Cpt. Samantha Welles on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital and its spinoff Port Charles.
Dawn also played Tiffany, the gorgeous free-spirited character from the Season 2 episode "Earth Angel," in Married with Children.
