Cynthia Urías (born September 23, 1979, in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico) is a Mexican actress and television host. She is best known for her roles in telenovelas such as El juego de la vida, Clase 406 and Niña de mi corazón, as well as for her work as a presenter on programs including Hoy and The Voice Mexico.
Urías began her career in entertainment through television and theater, eventually becoming one of the recognizable faces of Televisa's programming. Her breakthrough came with supporting and leading roles in several popular telenovelas during the early 2000s, establishing her as a versatile actress capable of both dramatic and comedic performances.
