Crystal Wilder, born September 13, 1967, in Brookings, South Dakota, was an American adult film actress active in the early to mid-90. Originally hailing from South Dakota, she started her career as a stripper in Souix Falls, South Dakota, and Minnesota before being discovered by porn legend Ashlyn Gere, who was making a personal appearance in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and came by the club where Wilder was working. Gere told her she was "way too pretty" to be there and needed to move to Los Angeles and consider adult modeling and films, per IMDB

After moving to LA in 1991, she began shooting for men's magazines and doing full nude shoots. She met director and producer Terry Thomas and starred in some amateur films with him. She officially started her adult film career in 1992 and starred in Warm Bodies, Hot Nights, and Bronco Millie. She appeared in over 200 adult films, often using no aliases, and was known for her blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5'5" height, 126-pound slim body with 36-23-33 measurements, with an enhanced D Cup, which was a gift from Thomas in 1991. Her notable films include New Wave Hookers III (1993), Sodomania: Gangbang Edition (1994), and Face Sitter 2 (1993), where her energetic and versatile performances in heterosexual, anal, and group scenes earned her the 1994 XRCO Award for Best Couples Scene. She was very involved with Terry Thomas, who worked in the industry. But I always kept an eye on their relationship. I thought she looked a lot like Shelly Long, who played Diane on Cheers. I really dug her, and a lot of guys did."

Wilder retired in 1995 at the height of her popularity. In a The Rialto Report interview in 2009, Wilder said it killed her to leave since in 1994 she had won several awards and was nominated for Best Actress and Performer of the Year. In 1995, she was mostly a lead actress and starred in Deep Inside Crystal Wilder. But Wilder revealed she was addicted to cocaine at that time and probably would have ended up dead from an overdose if she hadn't left adult films. "I started using pretty much the second I moved to LA in 1991. I think I started freebasing sometime in 1994 and smoking crack was my life then. My professional life was at its peak, but my personal life was a wreck." She got clean with her husband Thomas in 1996. She later returned to South Dakota in 2001 and remarried after her 1999 divorce. As of August 5, 2025, Wilder, now 57, lives privately, with her films preserved in vintage adult film archives.
