About Christina Laflamme
Christina is a Toronto-based educator, author, athlete, adventurer, and YouTuber. She studied French literature at York University, Toronto. She was elected a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society in 2020 and is a member of the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
Christina has run 31 ultra-marathons, 21 marathons, 15 half-marathons, and has completed 18 CN Tower climbs. She is a certified personal trainer through CanFitPro. Her motto is “tout est possible”
