Brenda Valery is a Brazilian bodybuilder, fitness influencer and Wellness competitor known online as (@vallery_nutri). She has built a social-media following around bodybuilding, training and nutrition, while also working with brands and other personalities within the fitness industry. She is associated with fellow Brazilian fitness and bodybuilding figures including Alcione Barreto and Isa Pereira, and has appeared alongside other athletes within the competitive bodybuilding community.

Valery competes primarily in the Women's Wellness division. In 2024, she competed at the NPC Worldwide Musclecontest Ipiranga in Brazil, where she won the Women's Wellness Novice class as well as Open Class C, establishing herself as a successful competitor on the Brazilian bodybuilding scene.
