Between 1989 and 1996, Brandt was married to Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx, with whom she has three children. Sued her ex-husband Nikki Sixx during their divorce proceedings for $10 million and neglect, stating he walked out on her and their children. In response, Sixx said he moved out so she wouldn't have to relocate and gave her $6 million, the house they shared, and a Mercedes Benz.
