She later appeared on the cover of Mini-truckin' Magazine and in calendars for Hot Bike and Street Rodder.

Billard's first commercial, "Green Bay Watch," was for Diet Dr Pepper and aired during Super Bowl XXXIII. Billard began wrestling in the now defunct California-based Women of Wrestling (WOW) promotion. Using the name Summer, she was given the gimmick of a Baywatch-like lifeguard, with a tag team partner named Sandy. The duo, known as The Beach Patrol, had several tag team matches and were unsuccessful in the WOW Tag Team Title Tournament. At WOW Unleashed, they fought to a draw with Farrah and Paradise. Billard signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in December 2003 and entered its developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling, where she received training from Ivory and Jacqueline. She was released after getting injured. Her last job in wrestling was a tour as a valet for Italy's Nu Wrestling Evolution.

In 2019, Billard had implants removed due to health concerns.
