Bénédicte Delmas is a French actress, director, and screenwriter, born July 7, 1972, in Bayonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
In 1991, she was crowned Miss Côte Basque and competed in the 1992 Miss France competition, where she finished second runner-up to Linda Hardy.
She represented France in the 1992 Miss International competition.
In 1995, spotted by the casting director of "Sous le soleil," Bénédicte Delmas successfully passed the tests for the series and began filming a month later.
She met Tonya Kinzinger and Adeline Blondieau.
According to the producer, the series' success is due to the harmony and complementarity of the three heroines.
"Sous le soleil" is the first French series sold in over 135 countries over a 12-year run.
She plays Laure Olivier, a young doctor at the Saint-Tropez clinic.
