About Annik Taplin
Annik is a Miami, FL-based fitness expert, model, entrepreneur, and former athlete. She was born in Alberta with mixed French and Mohawk Nation ancestry.
She has a background as a former athlete and martial artist, and worked as a firefighter. She gained visibility as a fitness and glamour model in the mid-2000s, including as covergirl for the December 2007 issue of American Curves magazine. She played in the Lingerie Football League (Miami Caliente, #18) around 2010 and appeared in related TV episodes.
She co-founded Undersun Fitness with her husband, where she develops and demonstrates resistance band workouts (e.g., HIIT routines) for muscle building, fat loss, and accessible training.
