About Anne Wilson
Anne Wilson was born in Lexington, Kentucky. She signed aĀ record dealĀ withĀ Capitol Christian Music GroupĀ in late 2019 at 17 years old after a talent scout saw a video of her singing on YouTube. On April 16, 2021, she released "My Jesus" as her debut single. It went on to become her breakthrough hitĀ single, peaking at number one on theĀ Hot Christian SongsĀ chart, and theĀ Christian AirplayĀ chart. The song was nominated for theĀ BillboardĀ Music Award for Top Christian SongĀ at theĀ 2022Ā BillboardĀ Music Awards. BillboardĀ named Anne Wilson the Top New Christian Artist of 2021. She released her debut studio album,Ā My Jesus, on April 22, 2022. ItĀ debuted at number one on the Top Christian Albums chart,Ā and number 68 on theĀ BillboardĀ 200Ā chart in the United States, after garnering 13,000 equivalent album units in sales in its first week. The song, "My Jesus", was nominated for the Top Christian SongĀ BillboardĀ Music Award, making her the only female ever to be nominated for the award. She was nominated for sixĀ GMA Dove AwardsĀ in 2022. "My Jesus" won Contemporary Song of the Year, and she won New Artist of the Year.
She released her second album, "Rebel" in 2024, amd her third album, "Stars" in 2025. She opemes for Morgan Wallen in 2025.
