Since she started modeling in 2007, Andrea has starred in editorials for Gmaro, Salysé, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, L'Officiel or Grazia. She has also walked for Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Kate Spade, Polo Ralph Lauren or Michael Kors, and at the Fashion Weeks in Barcelona and Panama. She has worked in these cities as well as in Mexico and London, cultivating a deep passion for traveling.
She won the the Miss Global Venezuela 2024 contest.
In 2026 model Andrea Del Val accused Venezuelan designer Giovanni Laguna of assault during her stay in Cannes, France, where both were participating in events related to the film festival. Miss Venezuela accuses the designer himself of assaulting her inside a hotel room in Cannes. The beauty queen posted a video with her face covered in blood after a dispute at a hotel in France; the designer denies the assault and says the injuries were accidental.
