About Andra Nechita

Andra Nechita is a Romanian-born actress known for her work in both television and film. Born in Onesti, Romania, she relocated to Dublin at five before moving to Los Angeles at nine, where she discovered a passion for acting and quickly mastered English with an American accent. She landed her first feature film role in Bad Teacher (2011) alongside Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, and Justin Timberlake, followed by How I Met Your Mother, Cats Dancing on Jupiter (2011), Kara: A Star Wars Story (2016), and Inhumans (2017). In 2020, she earned a B.A. in Communications from UCLA, graduating Cum Laude with a double minor in Anthropology and Music Industry. She has since starred in FBI: International (2021), The Sex Lives of College Girls (2021), Fatal Attraction (2023), Matlock (2024) opposite Kathy Bates, and the thriller Bone Lake (2024), which premiered at Fantastic Fest, the 57th Sitges Film Festival, and Brooklyn Horror Film Festival.
