Ana Catarina da Silva Varela, known only as Ana Varela is a Portuguese actress who was born in Almeirim on May 16th, 1988.
Ana Varela made the series "T2 para 3", which started on the internet in 2008 and immediately started being broadcast on the first generalist and public service TV channel, RTP1, in 2009, as "Clara". Between September 2009 and September 2010, she participated in the seventh season of the youth series "Morangos com Açúcar" playing the character "Isabel Faria".
In 2011, Ana made a special appearance in the series "A Família Mata" where she played the character "Sara", previously broadcast on the third generalist channel and the first Portuguese private television channel SIC, along with other actors such as José Pedro Gomes and Rita Blanco and, during 2011, she was also part of the main cast of the third season of "Pai à Força", a series produced by Sociedade Produtora de Televisão (SP Televisão) and previously broadcast on RTP1, playing the character "Laura Ribeiro". Also in 2011, in the telefilm "Noite de Paz", she played the character "Lúcia".
