Out of curiosity, what definition does Babepedia use for "similar"? Asking on a general basis, not with relevance to this situation. If someone's done what you say it's yet another issue with how some people for some reason seem to find it amusing to ruin a great site for everyone else. I'm just curious of whether it is appereance, background/current work or a combination that defines "similar"? I'm planning to try to do some work over the holiday season to sort out the issues I've seen on here that I can sort through editing (flagging those I can't), so would be good to know.

It's purely subjective. If they look alike, they're similar. Same body type, also similar. If she reminds you of someone, that's also enough. If they've acted in the same movie, it's also good. If they're family, that also works.
Over the years, people have found many ways to abuse our system and we try to make it more difficult while trying to keep it open for those with good intentions.

A fan, or the guy who created the profile, did that manually to make her profile seen. This, and added to the fact that her profile picture is a great one, resulted in her becoming one of the most viewed. But now it backfired as she is only top 5000. It has to be natural, not forced like this.

Cool theory and all, but I looked at her rating history and she's been drifting between an average of 8.6 to 8.8 since July 2021 🤷🏼♂️ That one or more fans have added other models/celebs to the "More Like" section and that's driven her profile view count up I have no doubt is correct however. She's a nominee for Playmate of the Year 2024 in Europe though, so it'd be wrong to discount the likelyhood she might have a large European fanbase due to that. Germans still idolize Playboy Magazine after all.
