Ally Mac Tyana is a French pornographic actress, born in Vitry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne) to a Malagasy mother and a French father.
Ally grew up between France, the United States, and Nigeria.
Aspiring to an acting career, she began working as a pornographic actress—a stint that lasted sixteen months, from 2000 to 2001—during which she appeared in five films (some of which were not released until 2002). She chose the stage name "Ally Mac Tyana" as a reference to both the heroine of the series *Ally McBeal*—due to her slender build and shared traits with the character—and her middle name, Malalatiana. She adopted the surname "Verissimo" in 2003, following the end of her career in adult films.

AB Productions offered her the chance to host two shows on the XXL channel. M6 subsequently took an interest in her, offering her roles in three erotic films and an episode of the police procedural series *Brigade des mineurs*. She also made her feature film debut in *La Sirène rouge* and later played a lead role in *Banlieue 13* (District 13), produced by Luc Besson.
Dany Verissimo was recognized as a promising actress—one of seventeen highlighted by *Elle* magazine in May 2006—and made her red-carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival in September 2006. She was there for the out-of-competition official screening of Alain Robbe-Grillet’s final film, *C'est Gradiva qui vous appelle*, in which she played the role of Belkis alongside James Wilby and Arielle Dombasle.

She served as the face of the Milanese fashion brand Piero Guidi for its 2008 advertising campaign.
