Ali Bainbridge is a talented American middle- and long-distance runner currently competing for the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. A standout in track and cross country, she has achieved impressive personal records across various distances.

Before joining the Cornhuskers, Bainbridge was a dominant force in South Dakota high school athletics. As a freshman at Lennox High School, she was named the 2019-20 Gatorade South Dakota Girls Cross Country Player of the Year. She transferred to Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls for her sophomore year, where she continued to excel. In her senior year, she won the Class AA individual state championship with a time of 17:26.09, leading her team to a third-place finish. She also earned a spot at the Nike Cross Nationals in Oregon, narrowly missing All-America honors with a 22nd-place finish.
