About Alessia Barela
Born in Chieti on June 13, 1974 to a Spanish father and an Italian mother, she grew up between Salerno and Madrid. Still a teenager, in the early eighties, she moved to Rome where she attended the Linguistic High School and the Faculty of Letters with a focus on Theater and Entertainment. She studied acting in verse with Marisa Fabbri and voice training with Carlo Merlo. She attended the two-year school of Beatrice Bracco and Francesca De Sapio. She followed a theater internship with Dominique De Fazio. She attended the theater school at the MTM.
