Alessandra Gasparelli (born 3 September 2004 in Borgo Maggiore, San Marino) is a Sammarinese sprinter specializing in the 60 metres, 100 metres, 200 metres, and 400 metres. She is the national record holder in the 60 metres, 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres, and the 4×100 metres relay.

Gasparelli has emerged as one of San Marino's most promising young track and field athletes. In 2023, she won the silver medal in the 60 metres at the Italian Junior Indoor Championships in Ancona before claiming the Italian junior title in the 100 metres at the national championships in Grosseto.

In 2024, she continued her rise by winning the 60 metres at the Italian Under-23 Indoor Championships in Ancona. Her performances have established her as the leading female sprinter in San Marino and one of the country's most accomplished athletes in modern track and field.
